Puppy Bandana offer Free Delivery for retail customers within the UK with a UK Mainland shipping address.
We currently offer international shipping for retail customers in the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican.
Orders up to the value of £20 – Shipping cost is £3.70 per order.
Orders exceeding £20 – Shipping cost is £10.15 per order.
Shipping costs to these countries will automatically be added to your order at the checkout.
If you are outside the U.K. but not in one of the above listed destinations we can still help you but you’ll need to contact us to place your order and get a total price including shipping costs.
Order Dispatch Timescales
We aim to dispatch products within 48 hours via Royal Mail thereafter please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to a U.K. Mainland address.
All U.K. Mainland orders for £20 or more will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery and a signature will be required on delivery.
For International orders, again dispatch will be withing 48 hours and thereafter please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you as soon as possible. In these instances we will offer an alternative design or you may choose to receive a refund.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase however if for any reason this is not the case then please get in touch – hopefully we can rectify the situation. If you still feel you’d like to return the goods for a refund please let us know and we’ll supply you with our address for a return.
Goods should be returned in an UNUSED condition within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price. When returning goods please enclose your name and the reason for the return. Please ensure you return the goods using an appropriate postage method as if lost you may need to claim from Royal Mail. In the case of a return you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
